Trouble signing in, a transaction that won't sync, a bug, or anything that's blocking you from using the app: support@pockita.com.
If you can, include your account email, your device (iPhone / Android model), and the app version (Profile → About), it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
Privacy & data requests
For data access, correction, or erasure requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA, write to privacy@pockita.com. We respond within 30 days.
If you just want to delete your account, the fastest path is in the app: Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. See the delete-account guide for the full steps.
Billing & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds and cancellations go through their stores:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pockita.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pockita.
